Intelligent Pest Monitoring Lamp
TPCB-C 7.0 PLUS
The Intelligent Pest Monitoring Lamp integrates AI, IoT, and sensor technologies with optical, electrical, and numerical control systems. It enables insect trapping, high-temperature killing, drying and dispersing, remote photography, real-time data transmission, AI identification, automatic counting, pest data analysis, and intelligent early warning. Its built-in 20-megapixel industrial HD camera captures real-time pest photos and uploads them to an IoT cloud platform for automatic identification, counting, and pest occurrence analysis and prediction.
Overall Structure: Made of 304 stainless steel, adopts optical, electrical, and numerical control technologies, with remote control and identification counting. Features rain-insect separation technology, rainproof louvers, and an extra-large rainproof canopy, allowing normal operation and pest trapping even on rainy days.
Camera and Display: Built-in 2000W high-definition industrial camera. Working modes can be set remotely; remote and manual photography can be performed via PC cloud and mobile APP. 7-inch industrial color touch screen for display and operation, Android system control. All-Chinese LCD display, supports time-period settings and control, both automatic and manual photography available.
Image Acquisition: Equipped with image acquisition equipment, which can collect real-time images of insects on the conveyor belt through the camera. Identification and counting can be performed through the web-based recognition function, achieving remote intelligent monitoring and forecasting. Platform-based remote photography and working mode changes are also supported.
Automatic Photography: Adjustable time-period photography; adjustable frequency range ≥ [10min, 3h] per shot.
Automatic Identification: The lamp can identify major rice pests including but not limited to brown planthopper, white-backed planthopper, rice leaf roller, striped stem borer, and pink stem borer. The identification accuracy for white-backed planthopper is ≥ 85%, and for rice leaf roller, striped stem borer, and pink stem borer is ≥ 90%.
Automatic Counting: The dynamic trend fitting degree between automatic counting and manual counting under the lamp is ≥ 0.90.
Automatic Transmission: Automatically uploads monitoring image data. Real-time data transmission, upload speed ≥ 1M/s.
Remote Query and Monitoring: Enables remote monitoring platform control of the lamp via computer and mobile phone, including but not limited to command issuance and execution, system parameter settings, and query and analysis of collected information.
Image Processing: Enables image processing of captured images, including but not limited to image segmentation, switching processing, and saving functions. Image saving quality should meet the identification needs for manual counting of insect bodies.
GPS Positioning: Built-in GPS positioning function; device site data can be viewed on maps. Device site data can be viewed on PC cloud maps; can be tracked if stolen.
Remote Manual Control: Remote manual control of functions such as position shifting, trap lamp on/off, heating tube on/off, insect killing chamber and drying chamber emptying, vibration motor switch, and conveyor belt switch.
Insect Dispersing and Spreading Mechanism: Through vibration, insect bodies are evenly scattered and spread on the conveyor belt, allowing insects to be evenly distributed. The conveyor belt accurately transports insect bodies to the photography area, ensuring that each insect’s features can be clearly photographed, laying a foundation for insect identification and manual correction.
Temperature Control: High-temperature heating insect body treatment chamber temperature control: maximum working temperature up to 85±5°C. Treatment temperature can be adjusted independently for different chambers. Upper and lower far-infrared insect body treatment chambers more effectively complete insect killing and drying work. High-temperature heating treatment of insect bodies: mortality rate ≥ 98%, insect body integrity rate ≥ 95%.
Light Control: Automatically turns on at night and automatically turns off (standby) during the day. In nighttime working state, it is not affected by instantaneous strong light exposure to change working state.
Time-Period Control: According to the life habits of target pests, set working time periods for the lamp.
Large/Small Insect Identification and Filtering: A filter screen is provided around the capture opening to prevent non-target large insects from entering the machine, which would affect small insect identification.
Insect-Rain Chamber Structure: Automatically discharges rainwater, effectively separating rain from insects, so that there is no water accumulation in the box.
Rain Control Device: Can automatically control operation according to external weather changes.
Lightning Protection Device: Can effectively prevent lightning strikes.
